A drum set (also drum kit or trap set) is a collection of drums, cymbals and sometimes other percussion instruments, such as cowbells, wood blocks, triangles, chimes, or tambourines, arranged for convenient playing by a single drummer.Check out my youtube page lol. The term "drum set" seems to have come from England. It was first created in the 1700s. In the U.S., the terms "drum kit", and "trap set" were more prevalent historically.

Rudiments

A rudiment is one of a set of basic patterns used in rudimental drumming. These patterns form the basic building blocks or "vocabulary" of drumming, and can be combined in a great variety of ways to create drumming music. Below is a clip of the 6 stroke roll.
